DONATIONS BEING ACCEPTED FOR LOCKDOWN KITS
 Donations are now being accepted for Premium Classroom Lockdown kits.  Each kit contains food and water for 30 students in addition to other essential items in the event of a lockdown.  Hopefully, with your help, we can supply one kit per classroom.  Click Here to Donate.

STUDENT HEALTH SURVEY IS THIS MONTH!
The yearly PUHSD student health survey will be taken by all 9th and 11th graders on Dec. 11th.  We would like to remind 11th grade students to bring their Chromebooks (fully charged) with them to take the survey.   Parents can preview the survey HERE.

THE SMARTER BALANCED TEST IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER!

FREE SENIOR PORTRAIT PHOTO SHOOT FOR 2015 YEARBOOK
Seniors - If you have not had your senior portrait taken, Filmworks will be having their "Senior Only" photo shoot next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00 to 7:30 pm.  There is no appointment needed and it is FREE!  If you have any questions see Mr. Wilson in room 306.

For the last 24 years, it has been a tradition at Placer High for parents of the future graduating classes to plan and host an ALL-INCLUSIVE, ALL NIGHT event for the graduating seniors.  The intent is to give them a fun-filled event while keeping them safe the night of graduation.  This year's event will take place at ARD on June 7th.  This is one of the biggest events put on solely by the parents of Placer High School.  We can't do it without you.  To find out how you can help please CLICK HERE.


HELP PLACER WIN THE STANLEY SAFER SCHOOLS GRANT (VOTE NOW!)
The school with the most votes will win a Grand Prize of $200,000 in STANLEY Security installed products and services to help secure their school.  Three runner-ups will receive individual prizes of $100,000 each.  Each vote for a school also counts as an entry for the school for daily prizes, so don't forget to vote every day through December 13th.  Click here to vote!
