I have enjoyed teaching science at Placer High School for more than 20 years. I look forward to meeting new students each term. I continue to learn more each year, to teach new courses, and keep up with current scientific events. All students are important to me. If you have any questions about your classes or assignments, come and see me. For parents, your kids are all individual and special. If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail me. I am looking forward to this new semester and to see how things go. We will take it easy at first and try to all get adjusted. Then we will learn some cool stuff about Biology or AP Environmental Science. I will be using canvas for all of my assignments, and we will go over that during our class meetings. Dan  Education:

I teach English part-time at Sierra College. I worked as a fishing guide in Alaska during the summers before I began teaching. I have traveled to 5 of the major continents including 6 months in South America.
