Yoga – PE

In this class you will be exposed to various types of yoga.  You will learn the proper technique and benefits of numerous yoga poses and sequences.  You will participate in a cardiovascular activity every day before our yoga practice.  Grading will follow the standard P.E. grading policy of cardiovascular, uniform, participation and skills (see PE grading policy handout).  Your skills grade will consist of various quizzes (written and performance) dealing with what we have practiced in class.  I hope you take what learn in this class and continue to practice on your own.  Even as little as five minutes a day can make a difference.
