Education & Background:I graduated from Placer High School in 2001. I enjoyed all the experiences Placer has to offer. I played multiple sports, made incredible friends, and learned lifelong lessons. I moved on to The University of Nevada where I graduated with two degrees, Speech Communication and Political Science. After college, I started a career in government relations before deciding to pursue my dream of teaching. I spent time teaching severely emotionally disturbed students while earning my single subject credential.
Outside of the Classroom:I have been a varsity football coach at Placer since 2009. I have also coached basketball at Placer and love spending time on any court or field.
Did you know?I have a twin sister that also went to The University of Nevada where she played Tennis. My favorite Placer moment came my senior year, Placer football had not beaten Del Oro in 15 years, I threw a touchdown pass to my best friend in the 4th quarter to break the streak and advance to the playoffs.
